Holiday Order CutOff Dates Have Passed.

All ground orders placed after the Holiday Order Cutoff dates listed on our homepage are not guaranteed by UPS to arrive by Christmas. That is, all ground orders placed AFTER December 17th and all air orders placed AFTER December 20th are not guaranteed to arrive by the holiday. The order cutoff dates were determined by UPS and are estimates.

The staff here at Rochester Art Supply tried our very best to get out as many orders as possible in order to give them enough time for their estimated shipping needs. Of course though, we do ask that you please be patient and keep in mind that there are often unforesceen delays (such are our recent winter storm that may delay your order in arrival). During this busy holiday season, UPS does great job at fighting the winter weather but sometimes, delays can occur and once it leaves our facility it is up to UPS to delivery your items.
