Carsten is considering one of the most outstanding pastel artists in the country!  He is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America, has won numerous awards from national and regional exhibitions, and his work has been featured in both Pastel Journal and The Artists Magazine. We welcome him to the Cascade Art Center!
